From early in life, I knew I wanted to use my talent. My grandfather had the "family curse" as well, and did not pursue it until after he retired. The regret of not following his art and other life events influenced me to follow my dream instead of wondering years later what might have been.
Although there have been many obstacles and setbacks on the road, it always seemed incredibly clear what I need to do with my life, and that is my art. For the past couple years I have been professionally pursuing a career as a fantasy artist and illustrator. Many wonderful people have helped me along the way and believed in me since I was young.
