Original Size: 9x12 watercolor paper Medium: Watercolor, watercolor pencil, ink, white gesso Inspired by: Mucha and photo taken by Jenny Wallace (with permission) Well, here it is painted. The scan is bad. I forget to wet the back of the watercolor paper before taping it down and it got all wavy. Been pressing and wetting it, but still didn't get it flat. I tried to remedy it a bit in Photoshop, so hopefully it's not too noticeable. If I fix it, I'll rescan. |

Something must be done. This contest serves two purposes: Raising awareness about human trafficking and raising funds for the Not For Sale organization. Open to all mediums. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
